What you are buying
NailMood early-bird membership reserves one moodboard of exactly four existing press-on designs from our catalog. Designs are not AI-regenerated for your order and cannot be edited after your moodboard is locked. Nail shape is fixed per design. Nail size is chosen when you submit each order and can differ from order to order. We do not currently offer custom design edits.
Early-bird pricing (CAD, tax extra)
First month early-bird total is $60.00: a $10.00 deposit at checkout plus $50.00 charged only before a successful shipment. From month two onward, membership is $150.00 per month for four press-on sets, billed as a subscription you can cancel anytime before the next charge. Prices are exclusive of GST/HST; tax is calculated from your shipping province (via Stripe Tax when enabled). Deposit and balance are both taxable; if we refund your deposit we also refund related tax.
Presale capacity & waitlist
Presale is capped at 500 moodboards (one order = one moodboard). The deposit-paid status counts toward this cap. If capacity is full, you join a FIFO waitlist and keep early-bird eligibility when a slot opens. After we notify you of a slot, you must pay the deposit within 72 hours or we may skip to the next person.
Fulfillment window
Presale cutoff is October 1, 2026. Fulfillment is targeted within about 90 days (~3 months) after cutoff. Timing may vary with production.
Deposit, balance & refunds
The $10.00 deposit is non-transferable and non-refundable unless we cannot ship your order, or we attempt the pre-ship $50.00 charge and it fails (for example card decline)—in those cases we refund the deposit (and related tax) and cancel eligibility for that order. The balance is charged only before successful ship; if we never ship, the balance is never charged. Partial fulfillment is handled per moodboard order: shipable orders are charged balance and shipped; unshipable orders receive a deposit refund.
Auto-renewal
After your first early-bird month completes (deposit + balance for the first four sets), membership renews at $150.00/month unless you cancel before the next charge. Cancel anytime from your account before renewal.
Email & shipping
A valid email and Canadian shipping address are required to checkout. Shipping is free for your first early-bird box. For later membership shipments, shipping fees apply and vary by location. You choose nail size when you submit the order. You are responsible for accurate size and address details.
